Chaos has reached a whole new level as this year's competitors traverse the hallways, offices, and WWE Boardrooms to reach the briefcase located on the rooftop of the multi-story building.
At the main event, instead of climbing a ladder inside a ring, WWE men and women fought inside the WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, trying to reach the roof and claim the briefcase. Otis and Asuka appeared as winners.
The concept was different, and the way it was portrayed was amazing. Otis's victory was a big surprise, but the way he won was better, as AJ Styles, who had one hand on the bag, lost her after Corbin poured it out. The case came out of his grip, and falling in the arms of Otis.
Meanwhile, four titles were also available for tonight and all Champions were successfully retained.
Bailey defeated Tamina via a pinfall (with little help from Sasha Banks) to retain the title. This was not a great match as the champ hit an awkward pin for the victory.
Braun Strowman pulled the black sheep mask out from under the ring, to beat Bray Wyatt in his game and keep the world championship. Firefly Fun House puppets also appeared outside the ring, it was enough to save their Lord.
Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins in a thrilling encounter that began with the Messiah using McIntyre with a series of leg submissions. However, the Scotsman was not the one to falter and the final kick came in when McIntyre hit a Glasgow Kiss headbutt followed by a Rollins superkick and then Claymore kick forn the pin.
The New Day also beat Lucha House Party (via pinfall), Miz & Morrison, and The Forgotten Sons to keep their titles.
